Hi, I’m Ben Sainsbury. I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping businesses grow by connecting three things that rarely speak the same language: strategy, customer, and data.
My journey began in marketing analytics—building data products that helped brands understand their customers, optimise campaigns, and measure performance. But I quickly became interested in the creative potential of data: how insights could shape not just targeting, but messaging, storytelling, and brand experience.
That curiosity led me beyond dashboards and into the heart of marketing strategy—working agency-side and client-side to bridge creative, media, and technology. Eventually, it pulled me into transformation work: reshaping marketing operating models, aligning teams, and embedding AI into how businesses think, plan, and execute.
Today, I work across three domains:
Technology — designing AI and data systems that power better decisions.
Marketing — turning insight into strategy, brand into experience, and intent into growth.
People — enabling teams to adapt, evolve, and thrive in a changing landscape.
